Gilman Alumni Virtual Networking Hour: Hair Care & Beauty Abroad for Black Students

It’s no secret that finding hair care and beauty products that work for Black/African-American students abroad can be a challenge. Join us for a discussion around topics, such as packing products abroad, finding products and hairstylists abroad, and more.

Come share your own stories and experience navigating this them alongside other Gilman Scholars and Alumni! This event will be hosted by Ambassadors Alexis Reed and Nyamal Gatluak. Gilman Scholars and Alumni who represent other ethnically diverse backgrounds are welcomed to attend, but this event will focus on the experiences of Black/African American students and alumni.

This is an opportunity to expand your network and connect with others who have had similar experiences as you.
