One additional comment on ECE AID - they will only accept referrals from HEIs or other organizations and don't accept transcripts submitted by students directly

Can we use Recruitment allocation to pay for WES or ECE credential evaluation? I know that ECE AID is free.

ECE Aid should be for free as long as they have fee waivers available

One more comment on WES Gateway, it is limited to certain student populations: WES works with designated partners to identify individuals who are eligible for the Gateway Program. The program is available to individuals educated in Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, and Venezuela, who meet program requirements.

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I wanted to make sure our team got it on the notes: Are there any best practices/ideas for reaching out to individuals in these situations? Can anyone speak to successful and inclusive approaches to disseminating information about opportunities like this opportunity? We want to be very intentional on how we identify students who would qualify for this pilot.
